Digital Product Policy

All products available on BloxPixel Store are digital goods delivered directly within our Minecraft server environment. No physical items are shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following verified cases:

Duplicate payment made for the same product.
Transaction error caused by Razorpay or payment gateway malfunction.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind or accidental purchase.
Incorrect in-game username entered by the buyer.
Loss of access due to server bans or rule violations.
Misuse or sharing of purchased items.

Since all products are instantly delivered, refunds are not available once the item is credited in-game.

Payment & Verification

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay with encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. We never store or access your card or bank details.
